I don’t have a hoop house or green house. Wondering what I should I start in my house now. It’s March 10th. Minneapolis.

I started some basil in larger jiffy pots. The jiffy pot itself is starting to form a white fuzzy mold on the outside. Do you think I left them on a heat mat too long? They’re almost and inch tall. Can I save them? 😩
