What a lovely garden and a refreshing refuge for contemplation, prayer, healing and contentment.
But what is that magnificent red maroon towering flowering plant in front of the yellow tipped tall spires that you called water hogs? The red blossoms were profuse and looked a bit like tulips .
    Many blessings .

  27. Helen Azzopardi on July 27, 2021 at 8:22 pm

  28. Carmen Bailey on July 27, 2021 at 8:22 pm

Garden is beautiful. Two questions, what is your zone there? Do you not have issues with watering all your plantings with water restrictions?
    Thanks for sharing

  30. NSpector on July 27, 2021 at 8:25 pm

Wonderful. What was most interesting to me is how little repetition of plants there is. We are always told that we need to repeat plants in a garden, lest it look like a hodgepodge. This garden shows that that "rule" can be broken.

  31. Sunshine on July 27, 2021 at 8:25 pm

Where do u find these plant…omg…the most amazing garden ive ever seen…

Wow. Your garden is spectacular. My son lives in Calgary in a newer home and all those around him have pretty basic "landscaping" . What a treat to see yours. Good to know what survives there. (I’m from Vancouver!)

  42. Asha Diaz on July 27, 2021 at 8:37 pm

Beautiful garden, I wish have one

  43. jim McCuen on July 27, 2021 at 8:39 pm

Brilliantly and artistically executed. 99% of the plants will not grow where I live (Central Florida, USA) and I can only wish that they would. Thank you for taking the time to show us your garden.

  44. Connie Fields on July 27, 2021 at 8:39 pm

    Beautiful

  45. Steve Murray on July 27, 2021 at 8:40 pm

  46. Nancy ReidWallace on July 27, 2021 at 8:40 pm

Hey y’all … a southern (Georgia USA) gardener here. Love this garden – I’m always amazed at how the colors of a Northern garden are so brilliant, so vibrant and the plants so lush.
