I put sprigs of fresh sage and rosemary inside the cavity of my turkey at Thanksgiving before I roasted it. I had also made a paste of butter and rubbed sage with salt and pepper and rubbed it under the skin of the bird. It was the best turkey I have ever made and everyone loved it and commented on how good it was.
I also dry my sage leaves and rub them in a screen strainer and use the rubbed sage in chicken soup or chicken and dumplings. Itโ€™s good stuff. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sage is great in any poultry dish and also Pork. Check All-recipes on line for recipes or any good recipe site on line. I am into books so it is had to recommend as have too many . But we use it in chicken recipes. also dried for tea. Also all herbs grown can be used for teas, as well as other remedies, try planting some lemon Grass, we call it fever grass in the Caribbean , and it makes a great tea as well as used in Thai Food recipes. I also get a great Herb book. Ninette Bird- the Caribbean Wife.

I love using sage in this skillet roasted sweet potato/green apple/bacon/chicken hash. A little cinnamon in there makes it very holiday-y

My favorite part was when you chuckled a little after you accidentally said โ€œnum num.โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
I have some lemon thyme in a pot and toads keep trying to live in the soil! They donโ€™t bother any of my other plants.

You could use sage in fresh flower arrangements too maybe
