Suba Diving the Gulf of Mexico | The Flower Gardens
This video is long overdue!!!! If you are considering diving at the Flower Garden Sanctuary definitely watch the entire video! I condensed 12 hours’ worth of footage into 40 minutes! I show the highlights of my dives, getting in and out, and what it is like on the boat. We dove the reefs, an oil rig, and a sunken ship!
This trip was the first of so many for me, and I will remember each moment for the rest of my life! I still have dreams of my diving here. When we were on our way back to shore I had even asked if they were hiring because I didn’t want to get off the boat!
Tips when filming:
➡If your light is on then you don’t need the red light liter. I didn’t realize that until after my trip!
➡The best time to film is when the sun is directly overhead.
➡Be cautious when filming poisonous animals.
➡ Get footage of your dive buddies!
➡Always be ready!
You will see many creatures throughout, but in minute 15 there is a black and white starfish crawling to shelter. Throughout the video, you will see Sharks and Manta Rays in the distance. Up close you will see an assortment of fish including Lion Fish, Jelly Fish, Star Fish, etc.
