Enough air circulation is the secret to ensuring that plants you grow inside—houseplants or seedlings for outside—grow strong and healthy. This video discusses the importance of providing your plants with air-circulation. Enough air circulation helps ensure that plants stay healthy, and disease- and pest-free. Air circulation simulates Mother Nature indoors. Creating air circulation with a fan will help ensure that a plant’s stem gets and stays strong.

I’m planing to get some plants to purify the air in my living room. It is better to get ceramic pots with a hole on the bottom or can I put the plastic pot with holes in a ceramic pot? Or is it also possible to just plant it in a new ceramic pot without holes? Which one is better to get the best purifying effect?

Hi again! How often and for how long would you recommend doing this? Or what are some signs the plants will give that can help us determine if this is needed? Thanks again so much as usual!

I have some Pilea peperomioides, Elephant Ear, Monstera Deliciosa, ZZ, Snake plants. They are located in my bedroom. During the summer, it can get really hot. I turn on my ceiling fan just to have some air circulation but I was told not to do this. Is the person who told me this correct? Please let me know. Thank you.
