Humare poori ghar me kahin se dhoop nahi aati, bus subha agar achi dhoop hai to kitchen ki window se 1-2 hours ki dhoop kitchen ke floor pe aati hai thodi si, uski shelf tak bhi nahi aati, aur sardiyan bhi hai to kya aisi situation me Kitchen ki shelf pe ye herbs grow kiye ja sakte hai?
Kya aisi situation me hum full spectrum Bulb use karke best results le sakte hai?
