Planting up my window box for Spring! First container of the year πŸŒΏπŸ’š + Dahlia sneak peek!

It’s been an incredibly mild January so far! Last week I’ve been able to start some seeds and in this video, I’m super excited to be able to plant my first container of the year! It’s actually the window box under the kitchen window πŸ™‚

Absolutely loving this combination of plants, I think they are the perfect transition between Winter and Spring!

++ Window box size (I don’t think I mentioned it in the video):
– 60 cm long
– 20 cm deep

++ Plants I used (suited to part-shade):
– 2 Skimmia Japonica Ribella
– 1 white Campanula
– 1 Hellebore PIppa’s Purple
– 1 Hellebore Niger
– 4 Violas F1 Rose Wing
