Our kitchen herb garden bed is now planted out and should fulfil our kitchen requirements as well as being able to make some wicked mint teas.

We planted mint in the garden at the time we didn’t know it spreads like a weed within a year we were up to our eyeballs in mint lesson learned the hard way lol.

Iām only 35 but my knees and back are already not great from years working in kitchens. Raised beds are the way to go. Easier to work on, easier to contain pests and weeds too. Also I have found that they retain moisture a bit better generally.
