What are the nutrient numbers for your liquid fertilizer??

  2. Glenn Chalk on August 2, 2021 at 8:30 pm

    ‘Herbs’ not ‘erbs’

  3. Nela Rizaj on August 2, 2021 at 8:30 pm

I just realized that in English you don’t pronounce the "h" in "herbs". 😅

I didn’t buy any potting soul… the soil in my yard are very fertile and that’s all I used with a little bit of compost and epsom salt 🥴 now I’m kinda scared to see how my herbs will grow 😭

  7. Angie McDermid on August 2, 2021 at 8:37 pm

I’m an intermediate gardener but I appreciate your consistency, encouragement, and that your gloves are dirty.

What is the smallest pot you would recommend growing one plant when planning on keeping it in the pot? Thank you.

That was work just putting in the dirt. 😆 But feels good. But I’ve always loved to Garden. Its in our blood I think. Would love to try Herbs sometime. 💖 In High School I was in AG. Loved working in the Green House. 🌸🌺 Yep, gravel and holes in the bottom of them.

As a beginner, I really like your vedio! You basically answered all the questions I have! Thank you so much for making this vedio 😍

Many thanks, I have been researching "what is the best soil mix for raised beds?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Fonillian Uncomplex Future – (just google it )?

It is a smashing one of a kind guide for growing up to 10 times more produce using aquaponics without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my colleague got great results with it.

Hey has any one ever told your voice sounds like Candace Cameron’s. I swear thought it was her talking before i looked at the screen. Haha.

I gardened once with my hair down and I couldn’t stand it! Every time I bent or looked down, it was in my way and my hands were too dirty with dirt so it got my hair dirty as I tried to fix my hair. I don’t know how you do it… what’s your secret?

  20. AEmamdee1757 on August 2, 2021 at 8:53 pm

Is it necessary to use such a tall pot for the herbs because the roots are so short? I’m just asking.

  21. Abby Moneyhun on August 2, 2021 at 8:54 pm

I’ve always wondered if planting multiple herbs in a pot affects the flavor of each one ….Do you have to be careful of mixing certain tasting herbs? Ex: do chives make the other plants taste more “oniony”?

  22. Cyb3r4ngel on August 2, 2021 at 8:58 pm

Just planted basil, cilantro, spinach, and chamomile a few days ago. My cilantro sprouted but none of the other plants have yet so I’m waiting☺️

  23. Nicole Oleksza on August 2, 2021 at 8:58 pm

Love all this advice! I found a stacking sectioned type planter for my herbs and as a beginner had great luck! Each area could be watered a little differently if needed and putting the rosemary at the top gave it room and drier soil even! An Idea for newbies like me 😄

I feel like best way to plant mint is in ground because they are like perrenials. once they get a good amount of roots developed, they will keep regrowing every season. I have had mint in my backyard for like 4 years, and still produces nice amount of mint. This year i got like 4 inches long leaves which I have never seen on mint ever!

Im just starting out planting some herbs for an indoor garden (i know, not ideal) and im plant ignorant, so thank you for this video. Extremely informative and user friendly! 🙂

  34. shweta ahuja on August 2, 2021 at 9:12 pm

Thanks for the video, I am love watching your channel. I have learnt a lot. One question, I am going to plant herbs and veggies in pot, do I need to put the slow release fertilizer at the time of potting and also use the liquid fertilizer every two weeks or can I skip the fertilizer at the time of potting? I already have the liquid all purpose plant miracle gro fertilizer.

  35. Tay 90 on August 2, 2021 at 9:15 pm

Do all containers need to have drainage? I just have pots

  36. Laura Aronson on August 2, 2021 at 9:16 pm

Is there another fertilizer you recommend? Been trying to find Espoma Grow since last year and can’t find it! Thanks! Love your videos ☺️

I found that chives could fill a pot on its own. Haven’t tried putting it with other herbs, but maybe I’ll try.
