We used the 2 gallon one often, but just bought a 15 gallon one for the weeds in the rocks which are our yard. The Hori-hori looks neat, but my growing space is too small to have a fancy tool! I do want a Green Stalk for my greenhouse. We finally got a fan installed and our misting system needs to be fixed along with the timer! We just replaced the valve for watering with several hoses. Have you found one color of Green Stalk over another having an advantage?

  4. Brush and Bramble Farm on January 19, 2022 at 6:20 pm

Not gonna lie… I went and bought them all ๐Ÿคฃ except the apron. Don’t quite "need" that one

  5. Annie Cochrane on January 19, 2022 at 6:21 pm

I got the cobra head and hori hori knife after Jess’s earlier tools video – I use the knife all the time, and the little cobra head pairs well with my niwashi weeder. So with these three the weeds, planting and some cutting, is totally covered. Unfortunately we cant get the green stalk planters here in New Zealand.

  6. Helen Penner on January 19, 2022 at 6:23 pm

Lol oh yes …I remember doing exactly that…stop mix more ba k to spraying

I love my hori-hori knife. Great for planting small bulbs and little slips of things. I also love my hoedag. Makes working in my clay based soil easier.
I put your book on my Mother’s Day list.

  17. The Jackalope Farm on January 19, 2022 at 6:38 pm

  20. Nana Jan on January 19, 2022 at 6:39 pm

My neighbor and I have found that a good garden tool for scratching up, lifting weeds is….are you ready for it? A spaghetti serving tool. You know the claw-like utensil you use to pick up drained spaghetti from a pot. Yes, it seems strange, but the claw shape actually works. lol Necessity is the mother of invention.

  21. Silver Moon on January 19, 2022 at 6:41 pm

Do those green stalks hold up under hard strong winds. Are do they blow over??๐Ÿค”. We get strong winds ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿค”โค๏ธ

My daughter walked in the other day and said sheโ€™s my favorite I like her talking about your show!

  30. JM S on January 19, 2022 at 6:48 pm

Am I the only one who thought the rivets on the dibber looked like googly eyes at first?

  31. The Citystead on January 19, 2022 at 6:49 pm

Love the Barebones hori hori, I always recommend the ultimate one because of the pommel on the handle it’s nice to have a hammer. People with smaller hands might be interested in the AC Lenord hori hori it is a little bit smaller and lighter.

  32. Ashley Allen on January 19, 2022 at 6:52 pm

I’d love to buy one of your shirts but I’m hesitent to get something that won’t fit. What size do you wear in the tshirts and sleeveless shirts?
