If I can add 1 suggestion it would be this. Annuals are friggin’ expensive and you have to replant every year. Stick to hardy perennials that have been proven to do well in your zone and you can’t go wrong. Daylillies, peonies, asiatic and oriental lily bulbs, spider wort, rudbeckia, lupine, rose mallow. They’ll all do well for you. Spend the bulk of your budget on perennials and stick a few annuals you really want in pots on a deck or near a front door. Somewhere you’ll see it everyday and can easily water and pamper them.

The "silver" ones at 2:55 are called Dusty Millers. They do not flower but are so white and sturdy and thick, that most people think they are fake.

  20. SaveSheikhJarrah on March 26, 2022 at 6:09 pm

Whats the flower at 3:18 called?

  21. cborion525 on March 26, 2022 at 6:18 pm

The pink and white flowers in the foreground are wax begonias and the blue and white flowered stalks behind I believe are salvias.
