didn’t realize how cheap it was to get a board made. I made a laser harp a few years ago. Might make another and make a board.

hi it’s me again! I finished the complete realization, but I have a small problem with the automatic mode of the pump. when the fork of the sensor is not planted in the ground normally the pump starts, until then there is no problem but when I plant it in the ground it must stop, it is not my case, Help me please

Great Project, very well done and explained. It inspired me to build it. I am almost finished with it, but also did one mistake by ordering LD1117V, which is adjustable. Well, so I added the resistors to get 3.3V (120 Ohm and 200 Ohm). But I have one question…On the PCB it is not clear where is Vin Vout and GND. On PCB the square pin with dot marked seems to be +12V, but the datasheet of the LD1117 would be GND…can you help please.

** Suggestion for new video of an automated greenhouse **

Hey, thanks for the great stuffs.
I’m sure there are lots of people searching for an automated greenhouse, like I am. Can you make a project on a greenhouse that has a heater, a water pump, hot and cold humidifiers, and a window that gets open when too hot or humid. There are lots of even more complicated greenhouses on youtube, but no one’s sharing the code and schematics.
Wemos d1 mini or Uno and DHT sensors would be great options for the project.
    Thanks in advance.
Please hit the like if you agree.

What if you don’t want to use the app? Can this all still be displayed on the PC monitor for control?

  14. Cydney Christian on July 27, 2021 at 8:04 pm

Love the video and the project! Are there other ways to download the schematic ?I want to try this project with my students.

hello, can light sensors not be installed? My smartphone can’t control everything

  17. lesta49 on July 27, 2021 at 8:07 pm

When soldering THT-Components to a circuit board you usually start with the lowest components and work your Way up to the bigger ones. That way when you flip your board for soldering, the components rest on the Table’s surface and can easily soldered on without the other Hand holding it in place.
Other than that great video – explained everything well!

    Hi,
    Can you add CO2 sensor?
As i see, you have to control manually but not automatically watering!
Is it better if the whole system run automatically?

The arduino bluetooth module is not lighting up but we’re sure they are in good condition since we tested them in different supplies

    I make a growhouse with :
    Arduino uno R3
    Mini fan 5 v
    Bluetooth HC-05
    Aquarium pump 12 v
    Arduino relay module
    Grove temp humidity sensor
    Liquid crystal display
I made a box holding 60 liter of dirt with build in resevoir it have all values displayed on screen and if nessersary you can connect bluetooth but i programmed the arduino so when exceding some values like temp or humidity action is taken growing plants lime cubcummer and tomatoes in there the water resevoir can hold more then 6 liter water

    Hey Mega Das ,
I have been trying to download the Geber file for the PCB but unable to do so.
Can you help me with the file my email is viditgswm@gmail.com
This is my first time trying something like this.

Your moisture sensor corrodes badly. Please try β€œβ€CAPACITIVE””” moisture sensor.

Disabled I need your solution with the new sensor and updated code. I can grow food.

  40. iwan kreft on July 27, 2021 at 8:37 pm

Very cool project. I want to use this scematic for my vertical garden (indoor) i am not a pcb designer. I can program arduino though. I have 8 rows that i want to light up with ledstrip (12V). Is it possible to implement this is your pcb? i would even pay you for it if this is a lot of work?? As i really find this project standing out of all other projects. I am a automation guy, so i would really like to see my plants be controlled with my smartphone. Hope to hear from you…
