If you can’t find rockwell wool , you can germinate seeds using paper towels. The author of this channel has a video on it "How to germinate seeds in the paper towel method"

I tried growing regular tomatoes in soil. The problem is that the soil contained a fungus, which killed them. I tried to save them by using a fungicide, but it failed. Also, new here.
