The Eggplant/Brinjal/Aubergine is called the King of Vegetables by some cultures. It is one of the most versatile vegetables around, loved by many people across the world. Different varieties are available everywhere and each variety is unique in its own way, with a distinctive flavor and many essential minerals
CARE TIPS:
The plants ought to have sufficient sunlight.
Stake plants over 24 inches tall.
Water well, keep the soil little moist at all times and apply a balanced fertilizer every two weeks during the growing season.
For bigger fruits, restrict to five or six per plant.

    The brinjals in my kitchen garden are currently bearing fruits. The growth of the fruit(brinjals) is stuck since a long time despite of regular addition of compost and seaweed solution. Please advice what to do.

    My brinjal plant is small.. Has 4-5 big leaves and one or two small leaves are coming out on top but it has started flowering.. One flower has blossomed and the other is at bud stage. Should I remove the flowers or let them stay?
