Did you have to get a sellers permit or whole sale license?

Hi…. my name is Kim and I live in Delaware with my husband of 39 years ( both born and raised here and have lived in DE all our lives!) We live on 6.5 acres and have a few horses….we are empty nesters and just this year I really started to look into gardening….we have always had landscaping but I bought my first peonies and hydrangeas this year …..truth is until about two months ago I didn’t even know what propagate meant🙃🙈 I’m commenting backwards as I have watched many of your videos and I really enjoy them! I am excited to try with the beloved peonies and hydrangea….so as I go back through your videos I will ask the appropriate questions under each….I’m really interested in growing more for me after getting sticker shock on the ones we bought this year….but since you may see a lot of commenting or questions thought I would introduce myself as a new fan and subscriber to your channel! Thank you for sharing 😊kim

Helpful information! Do you happen to know any places that still take orders on fall mums plugs? I have done some research and I have contacted some places already but it’s either the order season is over or that they require a license.
