How to Build an Easy Water Fountain

How to Build an Easy Water Fountain

A quick and easy demonstration of a simple garden fountain. Adding a fountain to your garden helps attract birds, butterflies, beneficial insects, and even a few nocturnal animals looking for a drink. This garden fountain project is quick and easy to make and doesn’t cost much at all especially if you have a tub already.

Do I need to add anything to the water to keep it pristine?
Also, could this be typically moved indoors in the winter and placed among plants as a water feature? Sorry if that’s a dumb question. 🙂

Hi Scott! Great video. Does the water renovate itself? How could I do fountain where the water renovate itself? Sorry, if the question is silly, I am pretty new in garden staff.

Could this be done with a soler-powered pump?…. I don’t have access to electricity where I would like to put it. Is there such a thing as a solar pump?!

Thank you so much for this simple tutorial! After talking about a birdbath fountain forever, I followed your directions and had it done in 3 hours – including going to the hardware store for all the parts! Finches were in the water within 15 minutes. Amazing…
