I have a money plant that is in a self watering pot. It has completely outgrown its pot and the roots are way overgrown thru the interior part of the pot. To the point it’s creating new plants from the roots. Where do I start trying to repot this without killing the plant. I have propagated several plants from it and the original plant is from my youngest daughter. Can you give me tips?

I just got 2 snake plants or mothers in law tongue to go by my fireplace. Since bringing them in from the nursery, we have these small knats or bugs? Is there anything I can use to get rid of them without harming the plants?
