Herb Gardens V Mining
About to harvest some herbs from my garden, Chamomile, Marjoram, Lemon Balm and Oregano and wondering if I will be able to do that this time next year. Our village here in Connemara is under threat from mining. Please join our campaign to stop this by writing to our Ministers to register your objection and please have a look at our Facebook page – Protect Connemara – Keeping Roundstone Bog and Ballyconneely Free from Mining.

Thank you for your support. Blessings to you all.
Keep up the good resistance against just money making without consideration.
Just to add to what youโre saying, we all know that animal agriculture is right up there with the destruction of Mother Earth!
BTW I got a reply from your govt to my email.๐๐ป
I pray the campaign is successful!!!๐๐๐๐
I’ve been to Connemara twice in the 70s when I went to visit family. Incredible beauty – why would they want to destroy that w/ a mine? What kind of mine? In this day and age with all we know about how fragile Mother Earth is would anyone in their right mind do that! I would think that would be a protected area?! So sorry you are going thru this.
Not sure your ministers would care what someone from USA thinks.
Did you get the mining stopped?
Delightful. Uplifting. Such a lovely area that is new to me.
Watching your videos is balm to my soul Terry .We are organic self sufficient gardeners and As I watched your video I was shocked about the potential mining exploration- because this is a year later I noticed that the mining is not going to happen is this true? I hope so -what a tragedy that would have been. Some day I would love to travel to your neck of the world -when things get back to a somewhat normalโค๏ธ
Will be happy to write them, Teri. Your lands must remain pristine. God bless!
Will be happy to write, shame on them!
