These are incredibly delicious. Served them with red leaf lettuce as a vessel to wrap, dip and enjoy.

I love the dramatic intensity of the herb call-ups. "Soft Herbs, Hard Herbs… FIGHT!"

I find that blue lotus is a beautiful one to use with mushrooms and red meats. Very delicate as well, but the flavor is easily retained in soups and sauces.

Hey Native to India as Cymbopogon citrates has a hot and spicy surprise at the bottom of each stalk. The white end adds a Sharp, lemon tang to soups and stirs-frys…the grassy part of the stalk can be sliced very fine and added to soups. #DemiChef #IDfoodsecrestsoftheCIA. #Kitchenbrigade #Apiciosreturn

Gordon, you should let those cakes sit in a fridge for least an hr for it to hold its shape better. Never heard of British fish cakes though, only Chinese ones.

I have become obsessed with watching Gordon Ramsay. I love kitchen nightmares and I love watching all his videos here on YouTube. He has a wealth of knowledge about food and cooking.
I WISH I was part of his family.
I hope they appreciate him because he is absolutely amazing.

I strongly recommend anyone here to grow your own herbs. these plants take a ridiculous beating (they grow back stronger the more you harvest them lol), don’t require that much maintenance, don’t take up a lot of space, and will save you tons of money in the long run since herbs are super expensive at the store. Not to mention also that you get them as fresh as possible when you grow them yourself

  24. Charlene H on April 28, 2022 at 7:03 pm

Omg those fish cakes look AMAZING!!! I Can’t wait to make these!!!! 😍

First time I heard about chervil. Never encountered or cooked a dish that has chervil in it. Also oregano looks different there.

I use dried herbs as it eliminates the "guess work" as I cant be bothered buying fresh herbs and chopping them as it feels like a chore than excitement

My mouth is WATERING at the sight of those tuna cakes as I have yet to eat anything today. I am a big fan of herbs and spices and typically use the versions from spice racks. However I did order some fresh parsley today for the first time ever. Good to know a few dishes to use it in. When I cook I almost always use turmeric and cayenne (for all meats and even in wraps/quesadillas). Other favorites are Italian seasoning, thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary, cinnamon, and black pepper.

At the cooking bit, I noticed that I have never seen Gordon both so ‘calm’ and… sexy? I feel like Randy Marsh watching crème fraîche being topped on things. Definitely cooking those fishcakes.

You must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. You must love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus the anointed is Lord! Repent and be baptized and believe the Gospel.
