  4. Sam P on December 30, 2021 at 5:22 pm

Nice job in organizing. I like the numbering arrangement.
Seems to me though one could save that 30 or so dollars and spend just pennies by driving in 3 1/2 inch screws in the appropriate spots. 2 screws for each tool, 1 on each side.

  5. MBullyCrew on December 30, 2021 at 5:22 pm

  17. Oceano_ Drive on December 30, 2021 at 5:38 pm

Why did you use a 2×4 instead of 1×4?

  18. Aldoobie on December 30, 2021 at 5:39 pm

Those hooks are .98 cents at Home Depot

  19. opryhopeful on December 30, 2021 at 5:42 pm

You could have just took a pic and printed it out and laminated the pic an attatched it to your shed. Woul have been a lot easier.

  20. DarK Toad One on December 30, 2021 at 5:49 pm

I just used a permanent marker , it went a lot faster than painting.

  21. Carmen Chaux on December 30, 2021 at 5:51 pm

Thank you EZ! That was the rack I wanted to make because I have the wood and the wall to do that. I just had not the great idea that you presented. Thanks a lot!

  22. Matthew Asai on December 30, 2021 at 5:53 pm

Wouldn’t a Sharpie have been quicker and easier to put numbers on the tools and hanging board?

  23. Charles Lee on December 30, 2021 at 5:53 pm

Just built mine from your video and it worked like a charm. Thanks a bunch!

  24. LOWVSN on December 30, 2021 at 5:56 pm

I’m 25 yrs old & already watching these types of videos because I recently purchased a home

  25. Don Z on December 30, 2021 at 5:57 pm

Genius! Exactly what I was looking for.

  26. J. Gregory Whitten on December 30, 2021 at 5:58 pm

Sir, thank you for the helpful video. I looked for the Amazon link but did not see it.

  27. Corey’s Creations on December 30, 2021 at 5:59 pm

My kid was totally like "This guy acts just like you" when you were talking about the bad lighting and needing to lose weight at the end of the video hahaha. Awesome video on storage of all my landscaping tools. I will be utilizing this Next payday.

That’s me with the bucket ! I need organize solutions.

  29. Becky Fritz on December 30, 2021 at 6:02 pm

The 72 piece wall mounted storage hooks are no longer avail at Amazon. Have you found another source? Thanks in advance. Nice set up here!

  30. Karim Gomez on December 30, 2021 at 6:02 pm

Thanks a lot. Was looking so many videos trying to find something like this and almost all of those have nothing but shelving; was loosing hope. Like the simplicity and the numbering idea…that is so great!!! Wish I could give lots of like.

  31. Marcoosianism on December 30, 2021 at 6:02 pm

Great idea! Great video. Laying everything out on the ground first is definitely a pro tip.
You got lucky with Amazon however. With Amazon Canada you get royally screwed as you can’t get the U-hooks for less than $5 bucks a piece. Average price is about $8 each with some sellers asking $10 a piece.

  32. Bar1 on December 30, 2021 at 6:03 pm

Brilliant! What is the spacing of the u-hooks?

  33. Tipsey Kitty👡👡 on December 30, 2021 at 6:03 pm

Omg I use the bucket method😂

  34. Bob Leone on December 30, 2021 at 6:04 pm

wouldn’t a magic marker have done the job a lot faster? But your idea to number things IS a very good one. thanks for the idea.

  35. Need Info on December 30, 2021 at 6:06 pm

Very annoying presentation; just stick to the facts instead of infomercial tactics, otherwise good idea on the garden tool rack

  36. Bill Cole on December 30, 2021 at 6:07 pm

Maybe paint the numbers before hanging the rack?

  37. Illinois Video at Large on December 30, 2021 at 6:08 pm

How to attach strip to container?
Didn’t catch the use of Trim screw.

  38. EricsWife041009 on December 30, 2021 at 6:09 pm

Use a paint pen. Much easier. Love the instructional tho (and your zany personality!). Plan to do it in my shed!

  39. doolcat1 on December 30, 2021 at 6:09 pm

dude I love stencils but that’s a lot of work and time. Hand painted numbers or use a permanent marker or buy some stick on numbers and/or letters. Just suggesting the above as alternatives

  40. Eleanor Dixon on December 30, 2021 at 6:09 pm

    Nice dancing 💃 👌 😀

  41. Chris Girolamo on December 30, 2021 at 6:09 pm

Can you help me understand the purpose of using the “trim screw”? Is there an added benefit instead of a regular exterior wood screw? I’m very curious as I intend to use this idea to organize and wonder if I really need those trim screws?

  42. Michael Hobbs on December 30, 2021 at 6:11 pm

    SMART!

  46. Romelia Polly on December 30, 2021 at 6:15 pm

I know Stodoys has the best woodworking plans.

  47. opryhopeful on December 30, 2021 at 6:15 pm

I am actually working on a garden tool hanger myself. I will try and send a pic when finished.

  48. Lucie on December 30, 2021 at 6:15 pm

OMG, love this. Hey…would you want to sell about 24 of excess hooks???

  49. Dax Inventor on December 30, 2021 at 6:16 pm

Quick and to the point with a little flare for the dramatics, and not over done. Outstanding video EZ Man. Good job! and thank you I can now get all of those tools up off of the floor.
