Fruit & Spice Park: One-Of-A-Kind Botanical Garden
Fruit & Spice Park: One-Of-A-Kind Botanical Garden
We are back at one of our favorite places, the historic Fruit & Spice Park in Homestead, FL. This impressive display of large tropical fruits is a sight to behold, so until you are able to visit in person, here’s your introduction in their diversity of over 500 edible species at this 47 -acre park.
Disclaimer: You are not allowed to pick the fruit off of the trees at the Fruit & Spice Park!!! The fruit that you see us eating in this series of videos is from the ground. Also, we should mention that you should not eat anything from the ground if you are not 100% sure what it is (some things in this park are very toxic & could have devastating consequences.)

Yay! Another great trip with your family, and those park angels what a great idea. I think your son and I would just like a big ripe jackfruit instead, but still what a beautiful way to inspire the younger generation to pound dirt. ๐๐๐ผ๐ฑ

The baobab tree was so beautiful, the flowers. Those trees grow very tall. I’ve seen seeds for sale. But you would need a huge amount of space for those.

Beautiful!! HI, I wonder if you know where can we find FIELD CORN, the NON sweet corn. I do not like the sweet corn. I am from Brasil, live in Kissimmee and would love to find it so I could bake my corn goodies. If I find it, someday I would invite you over to try some Brazilian corn "pamonha". GOd bless you.
