    Great video for the Colorado gardener. I would add: please don’t water during the day…it’s a waste of water, which is such a precious resource in our state and in our world.

    Improve the soil. DONT use fertilizer or pesticide. Read Teaming with Microbes.

    The only pests i get rid of now are snails and slugs. I have lost way to many great plants to them and i got tired of it.

    What evergreen shrubs do you recommend for creating a hedge (zone 4)? We tried wintergem boxwoods and didn’t love the bronzing that happened after that early frost last year 🙁

    Great advice & videos. Just moved to Ridgway Co from AZ . What Perennials do you recommend that are deer & varmint resistant ? ? And can I plant them at the end of August to survive the winter ? ? Thx 😊
