I think there are probably newer products that are easier to install since this was made. I thinking of something like Flexseal that can just be sprayed on. Not sure if it would hold up as well over time.

Wrong brush. Try something that fits in a bucket, and allows for coverage on curved surfaces such as the pot your "painting"

Very cool idea to use an old planter!

    What is this “membrane”?

  15. Matt Jones on July 27, 2021 at 8:13 pm

I would expect a pressure washer would do a much better job than the wire brush and go faster

  33. ty's interiors on July 27, 2021 at 8:33 pm

What size pump did you use? How many gallons per hour?

  34. Doug Raymond on July 27, 2021 at 8:34 pm

This is a wonderful video. You did such a wonderful job with this! I know a lot of people think they have to hire a pricey contractor for things like this. I often purchase my bowls for projects from https://waterscuppersandbowls.com when I need to skip some of the prep and get right to the installation process.

  35. kaffir dog on July 27, 2021 at 8:37 pm

You never ever seal with that shit… you mix pure cement with duram flexement and apply one thin layer and it will not leak in a million years and is fish and plant friendly.. i make pots and waterfountains daily… that shit is for parrepals and roofs that leak😂.. get real builders

  36. WAR LORDS on July 27, 2021 at 8:37 pm
