My go to seed company is Pinetree Garden Seeds. They have a huge selection of seeds including many heirloom and organic seeds. The prices are very reasonable, much less expensive than the companies in this video. It’s also a family owned company. I’ve had problems with Baker Creek with their seeds not being purely the varieties listed, I’ve ordered squash seed varieties listed as having strong disease resistance and the squash plants that sprouted were not the variety they were supposed to be. They did admit their seeds weren’t always pure and gave me a refund but that didn’t help with the wrong seeds I had already planted. Johnny’s is so expensive. Pinetree also has lots of gardening supplies like natural insecticides, fertilizers, row cover fabric, etc.

Great suggests. I usually go for Baker, but with your suggests and those in the comments, I’ll be expanding my selections this year!

I apologize….I am a relative newby so since I’m in the High Desert area of Central Oregon would it be better to get seeds from this area? Or does it not matter at all. Thank you!

Awesome, was just looking to support companies with aligned values with diverse seed range, couldn’t have come at a better time and we can flick through a catalogue and make a choice, purchase and wait for shipping as we wait for it to warm up!
