Amazing nature garden landscaping timelapse. 10 weeks in 10mins + walk around

**Stop press**
It seems people think that the rain runs off the roof into the neighbour’s garden – it doesn’t, it just looks like it does.

Transforming a boring sloped garden into a beautiful nature garden with two ponds connected by a stream, hardy Jurassic style planting and a purpose built ‘Shrek House’.

March to May 2019.

haha what did it cost to have that professional crew come and landscape that tiny little plot of land 30 k maybe 40 k? man what a waste of money because all of the tv shows that show you what is popular now is to hire professionals and let them convince you to go overboard on how much they landscape for you just so you think you can impress people with your relaxing garden spa you have in your yard now that you will use less and less as time goes on or until they convince you to do a total rehab and waste more money on shit you just don’t need, man are people just stupid just so they can keep up with today’s trends just to show off how rich you are in today’s money hungry greedy world.

I can’t believe how many negative comments there are on such a beautiful transformation 🙌🙌 I’d love to know what the bill was. Had to be near $100,000 or more 🤷‍♂️

isnt a nature garden supposed to grow stuff other than rocks and grass? not even a place to lay down

  14. Thoiba KP on August 2, 2021 at 9:23 pm

It looks nice and wanted to get some idea as I am also planning to make one in my garden. However, although it looks natural, I have my personal concern on the process. I personally don’t like laying plastic underneath if I’m really trying to achieve a natural pond. In this way, I am depriving the earth to receive water and destroying from growing micro organisms on this particular area. In my opinion, earth was receiving water (by mean of rain etc) well enough on the surface before starting this project, now we have stopped it! Please correct my concern if anyone can assure me that this plastic will be decomposed over the time.

Does the next door neighbor mind the water off the shed dumping into his yard? Nice job on the pond and landscaping, though.

I think it looks wonderful but I can’t help thinking this had to be a DIY job as 48 days just seems way to long to complete a project like this.
