well water the PH varies you need a PH around 6-6.5

*_All you have to do be patient for first week or two and the plants start sprouting.Some might start soon than other ,depend on the germination dates. I absolutely love it>>>_**_t.co/p1Kywf0nb1_**_ Β . Every plants all grow well. You have to prune them often when plant grow big so all of them get even light. Beside that I love it.There easy to take care._*
How do you adjust the light hood to stay up once your plants are taller than the minimum height? (I cant seem to get it to stay up..)
Well, that is a very cumbersome thing but it should be good for germinating difficult seeds.

Hello Bill , i have 2 older areogarden units but new bulbs and parts were expensive so i use it for my orchids 27w times 3 is great lighting.

Has anyone tried using ionized water? How about a water with a pH of 9.5?

Does the light have a temporary/manual switch to turn it off?
Worried About getting these due to so SO many bugs being reported. Tons of complaints re bad horrid pods, w bugs, flies.
How does the company answer to this?
Also read that the company has told the customer that the bug/ fly problem, is their problem.

I got a AeroGarden 6 Elite used for just $40 and I cringe now knowing its a MiracleGrow product. I’m going to find out how to manipulate the system to make work organically.

How did it go? Are you still using it, was it worth the investment? I’m considering purchasing one and getting the 50 hole insert to start my seeds in the spring. Some of them need 12 weeks to get a head start. I’m curious to see how your experience went and if you ever got around to using that 50 hole insert?
