    Good list.
I live in 5a. I recommend French Tarragon and Chinese Chives as easy. Horse radish is delightful i you have the space or stock tank.

Do herbs make good companion plants?
If so- with what specific plants? Thanks!
    Companion plants for tomatoes, potatoes?

Great video! Thank you. I make sure I plant and replant mint everywhere. I asked myself- do I want beautiful, useful and fragrant mint- or grass? Hmmmmm

Chad, you’re way too optimistic about my ability to grow thyme lol. I’ve been at it for 2 years without success. I can confirm that sage, chives, and oregano can take the Canadian winter unprotected. I’ve even found feral oregano patches on my lawn.

    Thanks for another great video.

Nice list. Some too warm for me, at least for wintering.

You mentioned Garlic when discussing Chives. Those are super hardy and another easy one, for sure.

I appreciate your all’s regular posting!
